We are a congregation of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America. This means that we are:
Christian: We believe that salvation comes only through the Second person of the Godhead, who became flesh, and so was able to perfectly represent both God and Man. Belief in Jesus Christ as Savior and God is required to be saved and reconciled to God.
Reformed: We affirm that the doctrines taught in the ancient creeds and Protestant Confessions accurately reflect and summarize the teachings of the Holy Bible. We do not believe these confessional statements hold equal authority to God’s Word, but serve as helpful and accurate summaries of it. The RPCNA holds to the Westminster Confession of Faith and the RP Testimony, both of which may be found here.
Presbyterian: We believe the Church is to be governed by a multitude of Elders. These Elders are accountable to one another and the higher courts of the Church (regional gatherings of elders called a Presbytery, and the national gathering called a Synod). All of the Elders in a congregation are responsible for what is taught and for shepherding in the local congregation.
If you would like to hear more about who we are and what we believe, our pastor would love to meet with you.
