Pastor Caleb S. Allen
Pastor Caleb Allen is a faithful preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Caleb grew up in a Southern Baptist Church in South Georgia, and went on to graduate from Liberty University in 2014. He was called to pastoral ministry after finishing seminary at Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2020, and has been preaching at Denison Reformed Presbyterian since then. He is a loving husband and father of four children.
Elder Steve VanHorn
Steve grew up in north central Kansas. He graduated from Sterling College and moved to Denison in 1974. He became a member of Denison RPC in 1976, was elected deacon in 1981, then ruling elder in 1998.
Since retiring from his custodian job with the school district in 2015, Steve farms and raises cattle on the family farm.
Elder Jim Scoby
Jim was born and raised in Sabetha, Kansas and graduated from Sterling College. He became a ruling elder of Denison Reformed Presbyterian Church in 1998. Jim is a husband, father and loving grandfather. He also farms and raises cattle on the family farm.

Elder Richard Iverson
Richard Iverson has called Holton, Kansas home since age six. He found a place of belonging after a childhood journey that led him through various foster care homes. He was raised by his foster mother, Ginny Robinson, who later became his grandmother through adoption into her eldest daughter's home. Richard deeply values the sense of family and stability he found in Holton.
A graduate of Holton High School, Richard is also a proud member of the Kansas Air National Guard, serving with dedication for 14 years. He earned a degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University. He embarked on his professional journey, settling in Lawrence, Kansas alongside his wife Rachelle who is a lifelong member of the Denison R.P. Church. They attended Christ Covenant Church throughout their time in Lawrence.
In 2018, Richard and Rachelle seized the opportunity to return to their roots in Holton. Since then, they have been integral members of the Denison R.P. Church. As a devoted husband and father of three, Richard finds profound fulfillment in nurturing his children's spiritual growth within the church community. When not engaged in church activities, he enjoys immersing himself in home improvement projects and cherishing moments with his lively children.
Recently elected as an Elder in 2024, Richard eagerly anticipates the opportunity to provide guidance and support. He will shepherd the congregation on their journey with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Fun Fact: Richard once had the honor of meeting and shaking hands with Former President Barack Obama.
